Terms of Service

Welcome to EtsyPilot ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of our website at listloop.io and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EtsyPilot is an AI-powered tool that helps sellers draft Etsy listings (titles, descriptions, tags, pricing suggestions) and optionally auto-fill Etsy's listing form via a Chrome extension. You remain fully responsible for reviewing and publishing any content you submit to Etsy.

2. Accounts

You may sign up with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your account and API key private. One person or business per account.

3. Plans & Billing

• Free plan: 5 AI-generated listings per month, no card required.
• Pro plan: £9.99/month, unlimited listings, recurring subscription billed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the dashboard.
• Prices are shown in GBP and may be converted by your card issuer.

4. Refunds

If you're unhappy with Pro within 7 days of your first payment, email support@listloop.io and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled any time to stop future billing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe anyone's rights
• Generate listings for prohibited goods under Etsy's policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service
• Share your account or API key with third parties

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You own the listings you create. You grant us a limited licence to process them so the Service can function (e.g. generate, store, and return them to you). We don't sell or publish your listings anywhere other than back to you.

7. Etsy relationship

EtsyPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. You are responsible for complying with Etsy's own Terms of Use and Seller Policies.

8. AI output disclaimer

Listing content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You must review every listing before publishing. We don't guarantee any specific sales, rankings, or earnings.

9. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll email you and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
