This Privacy Policy explains how EtsyPilot ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you use listloop.io.
What we collect
- Email address — to create your account and send transactional emails.
- Listings you generate — stored so you can retrieve them in the dashboard.
- Usage data — which features you use, how many listings you've generated, to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
- Payment info — if you subscribe to Pro, card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we don't collect
- We don't collect or store your Etsy password.
- We don't scrape your Etsy store or track your Etsy activity.
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
How we use your information
- To operate and improve the Service
- To process subscriptions and refunds
- To contact you about your account (login issues, billing, important updates)
- To detect abuse and enforce our Terms
Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- AI providers — when you generate listings, your prompts may be sent to AI model providers to produce output. Prompts are not used to train models.
- Hosting — our servers are hosted with Hetzner in Germany.
We don't share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)
You can request to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Delete your account and data
- Export your listings
Email support@listloop.io with "privacy request" in the subject and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use local storage in your browser to keep you logged in (your API key). We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
We keep your account and listings until you delete your account or 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner. Stripe retains payment records per its own policies.
Children
EtsyPilot is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change and notify you by email for material changes.
